Appointments/Scheduling:

To keep our stylists running in a timely fashion and to guarantee appropriate time for all scheduled services, please arrive either on time or early for all appointments.

Walk-ins are welcome.  While we try to accommodate every request, we cannot guarantee an appointment without prebooking.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

A minimum of 24-hour notice is appreciated for all appointments.

Any cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows (missing an appointment without proper notification) are subject to charged prior to scheduling next appointment.

 

Pricing:

Prices begin as listed and are subject to change.  Prices vary by stylist and service, and do not include tax/gratuity.

 

Products:

Products purchased can be returned for an exchange only and within 14 days of purchase.

 

Gift Cards/Donations:

Gift cards are valid for services listed for one (1) year after purchase date.  After expiration, gift cards can be redeemed for monetary value only (can be applied to services and/or products).

Gift cards and donations cannot be redeemed for cash.

Donation cards are strictly to be used with participating stylists and for the services listed only.  Services can be upgraded for an additional fee; however, they cannot be transferred to other stylists OR services.  Donation card must be mentioned when scheduling appointments and must be presented at the time of the appointment.
